Here's what some of our members say...

"...my body is so much stronger, and no longer aches due to tension. I wish I tried it years ago!.."

by Sara, Atherstone

I used to feel very tense, & struggled to sleep & switch off. Now my body is so much stronger and no longer aches due to tension. I've also learned how to relax and have found a peaceful place within myself. I wish I had tried it years ago!

"...since working with Angela I am able to manage stress better and make better choices..."

Emma, Hartshill, UK

I was a little worried about not being strong or flexible enough to do yoga, but Angela's teaching style is very relaxed and she will adapt the exercises and poses to make it easier or harder for you. Since working with Angela, I am able to manage stress better, and make better choices, which in turn leads to a more fulfilling life.

"Joining Pradhipa Yoga has simply been the best change I have made in my life over the past 2 years..."

Carol, Atherstone, UK

I quickly noticed an increase in my strength and flexibility as well as feeling more positive. During the pandemic, continuing my practice with Angela and her team, has helped me to stay positive and focused on living well. I do not know what I would have done without this group. Thanks Angela

...the structure of classes really suits my busy lifestyle as a working mum..."

Judith, Sheepy Magna, UK

The online classes have been so important to me during lockdown, and to fire up my laptop 2 minutes before a class with my cuppa in hand is a joy. My body feels so much better after I've stretched out a stressful day, and I love the sense of community and education too. Angela is a wonderful teacher who finds the perfect balance between pushing you to do your best, and offering options to make your practice more restorative if needed.

"...my back pain has reduced significantly since starting..."

Teresa, Birchley Heath, UK

The free trial was a great opportunity to try the classes before committing, as I was worried I wouldn't be able to manage with an old back injury. The daily pain from this injury has reduced greatly since I started and the meditations have really helped me to switch off. It's like pressing a reset button each week!

"...it really helps with my work/life balance..."

Kerry, Nuneaton, UK

I was looking for something to ease my lower back pain and keep me flexible as I get older. I really enjoy the different classes and being able to hop on the mat before or after work is really convenient. I've found the mindfulness really helps me switch off and achieve a better work/life balance.

"...it's the perfect exercise for me as I get older..."

Sandra, Hartshill, UK

I realised I was not getting the exercise I used to, and yoga is perfect for me as I get older. I like the flexibility which allows me to fit classes around my work and home life. I feel strong, flexible and have never felt so relaxed!

"...I am able to stay more relaxed, mindful and calm under the pressure of everday life..."

Anthony, Atherstone, UK

I feel more flexible which helps with my other hobbies, my meditation is improving and this helps me to remain calm and relaxed under the pressures of daily life. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, with options given for everyone to get the most out of the sessions. I really enjoy all the classes.

"...I love the peace and solitude of working out in my own home..."

Linda, Baddesley Ensor

Before I joined I was not very agile and would ache after doing anything strenuous. After a confrontation I would hang onto my frustration and found it difficult to forget and move on. I have been guided and helped along the way, my reservations about my inability to keep up have subsided and my mobility has greatly improved. I am absolutely sold on Pradhipa Yoga, don't take my word for it, just give it a go.

"...I feel more supple..."

Jane, Witherley, UK

I was looking for something active to do with my partner during retirement. I find the classes very relaxing, I feel more supple and I enjoy the meditations.

Hi my name is Fran, and I believe that Yoga is the perfect way to switch off from the never-ending stream of noise and information we are exposed to in our daily lives. I make yoga accessible to everyone; “If you can breathe, you can yoga”. I have been practicing yoga for several years, and am blessed to share what I have learned. Finding yoga has made a huge difference to my life, and I hope it does to yours too. I teach a live Gentle Flow class once a week for Pradhipa Yoga, and I hope to see you there.

FAQ

Please contact us if this section does not answer all your questions

  • What is yoga?

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing, to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are breath control, postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility), and simple meditation.

  • What are the benefits of yoga?

Yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity, and is especially beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains-including lower back pain, depression and stress. Regular practice of Yoga brings the whole body mind into harmony and balance, helping you to feel calmer, happier and more fulfilled.

  • I have never done Yoga before, what if I can't keep up?

Most of our classes are suitable for complete beginners and options are given for all levels. We encourage you to listen to your body and take it at your own pace. We understand that it is daunting to start something new, so we will contact you on sign up to make sure you feel comfortable.

  • I have health issues that affect my mobility, can I still join?

This will depend on the nature of the issue. We have gentle classes and give a range of options for all abilities. However we strongly recommend speaking with a medical professional before making changes to your current level of physical activity. We are happy to discuss your concerns in your free consultation.

  • What equipment will I need?

You will need a yoga mat, a laptop or iPad with a camera and a small space where you will not be disturbed. You may also like to use blankets and cushions for added comfort.

  • What if I don't want to continue after the two-week trial?

We think that you will feel so much better in two weeks that you will want to stay with us, but if you do not wish to continue, please go into your account and cancel your subscription BEFORE the end of the two week trial so as not be charged. There is absolutely no obligation to stay with us.

  • How much will it cost?

After your free two-week trial, if you wish to remain a member of our virtual sanctuary, it is £34 per month. There is no minimum tie-in and you can cancel with no notice whenever you wish.
